UPDATE:

Due to the high demand of orders processing orders may take longer than usual.

We ship worldwide and aim to process your order within 11-15 working days. Please note that all of our products are hand made in house so dispatch times may vary, and it may take a few extra days to catch up on processing orders. Your patience is appreciated.

STANDARD SHIPPING 

All shipping is sent from Sweden using PostNord services. Once your order arrives you will receive a text message or a card will be left with details on where to collect your item.  

All orders are provided with a tracking number. Track your order at 17track.net for international orders, or at Postnord.se/fi/de/no for orders within Sweden, Norway, Finland or Denmark.

Please allow a maximum of 1-3 business days for deliveries within Sweden and 7-14 for international orders. 


RETURNS POLICY

We're sorry to hear if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure you put a note in your parcel with your name, order number and reason for return. Buyer pays postage and is responsible for the item until it is returned to us. For your own protection it is recommended that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 

Returned items must be unused, unworned at returned in original packaging. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge and a 5€ handling fee. If preferred, we are also happy to exchange the item.

Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
