How do you make your underwear?
Each and every Petticoat is unique and although the process and materials are always the same, the pieces can never be identical and may look slightly different from the photos shown on the website.
What's my size?
Our panties are made in S, M, L and XL. If in between two sizes chose one size bigger. Our underwear stretch when worn and will wear comfortably.
When choosing size for the bandeau bra, just go with your normal top size.
Scrunchies comes in ONE SIZE.
If unsure of your size grab a measuring band and measure at the widest part of your hips:
88 - 92 / XS
94 - 98 / SMALL
100 - 104 / MEDIUM
107 - 113 / LARGE
115 - 121 cm / XLARGE
How do I wash them?
We recommend you wash them in with the appropriate detergents being careful not to use too hot water (recommended is 30°). Please consider handmade pieces is as beautiful as it is delicate, and will need some extra thought and care. Wash with similar colors. Hang to dry. Do not bleach, iron or tumble dry.
Do you ship internationally?
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, there are some countries we do not ship to. Please check what countries we do ship to below.
We always provide a tracking number. We will personally post each and every package with our best care, but the rest of the shipping is completely out of our control.

Please note that there may be custom fees and import duties when shipping outside of Europe depending on the custom regulations of your country. The customer is responsible for those charges.
How long is shipping time?
Shipping within Sweden usually arrives the day after posting, but allow up to 3 working days until you recieve your order.
Shipping outside of Sweden will take 1 - 7 working days.
Can I exchange or return my items?
Due to hygiene reasons, all purchases are final and items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
In the uncommon case in which the item you’ve received is faulty, please contact us and we will shortly get back to you in order to find the best solution.
I want to cancel my order
If you have made a mistake or if you would like to change your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and I'll be glad to help. I'm only able to modify or cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Can I order a custom size/colour?
I'm always open to consider your requests, however I cannot promise anything. Please get in touch if you have any special requests!
